Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & GrowthDevelop and execute a strategic community partnership plan to drive new client admissions and census growthIdentify, pursue, and cultivate referral relationships that convert into consistent businessMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly growth goalsCommunity & Referral PartnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including:Home care, home health, and hospice providersHospitals, physician offices, and discharge plannersAssisted living and senior living communitiesVA programs, senior centers, and community organizationsRelationship ManagementMaintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners, clients, and familiesServe as a trusted resource and liaison within the communityEnsure a positive handoff and onboarding experience for new clientsNetworking & Brand RepresentationRepresent CareBuilders at Home at networking events, health fairs, and community meetingsIncrease brand awareness and position the agency as a preferred provider in the marketReporting & CollaborationTrack marketing activity, referrals, and conversionsProvide regular updates on performance and pipeline activityCollaborate closely with operations and care teams to ensure excellent service deliveryIdeal Candidate ProfilePrevious experience in Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, or a closely related healthcare fieldEstablished relationships and connections within the local healthcare or senior care marketProven success in healthcare sales, marketing, or business developmentStrong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independentlyOrganized, persistent, and results-orientedQualifications2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development preferredKnowledge of healthcare referral systems and community-based marketingValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locallyExperience with CRM or referral tracking systems a plusJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insurancePaid time off
