Urgent Need - November start date CRNA Practice Description Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a-3p, plus lunch breaks # of Rooms: 7 OR s, 2 procedure rooms, 18 private recovery areas Support staff: MD s on site supervise CRNA s Reason for need: Due to leave of absence Board Certification: NBCRNA, ACLS required Type of Cases: General, Ortho, plastics ENT, GI, Gyn, eyes and Pe ds License Requirement: Must have Active FL license Privileges: 60 days, temps available: 30 days for Clean Files Only - no mal, no background T&L: Yes
