Energy Assistance Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, Brazil, IN

This is a full-time seasonal/temporary position, through April 2025. The Energy Assistance Customer Service/Data Entry Representative reviews applications for completeness, enters information into database, ensuring all information is accurate, and provides resources and referrals for clients. Responsibilities: · Process applications accurately · Enter information accurately · Review applications for completeness · Process and document emergency situations in a timely manner · Scan documents into case records · Provide referrals to clients · Maintain confidentiality of client information · Provide outstanding customer service QUALIFICATIONS: · Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications · Must be dependable and maintain good attendance · Ability to learn custom software applications · High school graduate or equivalent · Must be 18 years or older · Limited criminal history background check and clean drug screen required Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Salary: From $13.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: From $13.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
