Customer Support RepresentativeWe're hiring a full-time, temp-to-hire Customer Support Representative with a background in appliance and technology sales. If you have a passion for helping customers and a knack for detail, we want to hear from you.Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMWhat you'll do:Serve as the main point of contact for customers via email and phone, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to our product lines.Process all incoming orders, ensuring accuracy in products, pricing, and delivery requirements.Prepare quotes and manage order processing from start to finish.Coordinate with other departmentsincluding shipping, finance, and quality controlto solve customer problems efficiently.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update our product knowledge base.Analyze data to create reports on customer issues and trends.Assist with other clerical tasks as needed.What you'll bring:1-3 years of experience in a customer support role.Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).Experience with ERP systems is a plus.An Associate's Degree or an equivalent level of knowledge is preferred.
