DescriptionBusiness Development Representative for B2B SaaS venture funded startup.CompanyAirbatch automates contract manufacturing for brands working with factories globally. Our AI-native platform solving tariff and factory re-sourcing chaos has created a “once in a decade” opportunity for growth. PositionAs a BDR you’ll have a frontline sales role focused on driving revenue growth by building a sales pipeline. Leveraging AI to do research then prospecting via outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn is mandatory. Success will be gauged by meetings booked with AEs and deals closed.Responsibilities Research: Conduct research and gather contact information using Claude. Lead Qualification: Assess leads to determine if prospects fit our company's Ideal Customer Profile based on job title, problems, authority and willingness to act.Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume, multichannel outreach via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers. Pipeline Generation: Research target accounts, build targeted lead lists, and track outreach metrics in our various prospecting platforms.Meetings Booked: Secure discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives, passing along detailed notes about prospect pain points.QualificationsCommunication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate the software’s value proposition and handle objections.Tech Stack Proficiency: Familiarity with modern sales tools which will include Claude, Valley, Attio and Instantly.Resilience: The ability to handle rejection, stay motivated during repetitive outreach, and adapt messaging on the fly.Requirements Experience: 0-2 years of B2B sales including outbound prospecting experience. Technology: Technology based sales tool aptitude is required.Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent sales experience is often accepted.CompensationBase salaryCommission per qualified meeting and deals closedMedicalLocation Hybrid.
