Architectural Project Manager

Job PurposeThis Architectural Project Management position will focus on becoming the liaison between the Corporate Architecture group and external consultants and assigned Division(s) and will be responsible for managing designs, development, and lot specific reviews.Essential FunctionsDuties and Responsibilities:Assist in the management of residential home design and construction projects from initial concept through completionSupport senior managers in achieving departmental goals, developing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocationCollaborate with architects, engineers, and division teams to refine project plans and specificationsCoordinate resolution of field issues, permit comments, and divisional changes per DRB Homes’ standardsReview and assist in the approval of architectural drawings, construction documents, and specificationsEnsure projects adhere to local, state, and federal building codes and regulationsReview and manage the process of lot specific drawingsPrepare project status updates and documentation for senior project managers and other DRB Homes stakeholdersOther related duties as required or assigned
