Our best reps come from retail, hospitality, fitness, and direct sales backgrounds.You're comfortable approaching and engaging strangers - it energizes you, not drains youYou've worked in a performance-based or commission role before and you thrivedYou're self-directed: no one needs to tell you to stay busy or keep engagingYou present yourself professionally and can represent a premium skincare brand confidentlyYou can stand and stay active for full shifts (411 hours) and handle light lifting up to 50 lbsPrior experience in retail, live demos, direct sales, or brand ambassador work is strongly preferredSebamed is a clinically developed, dermatologist-trusted German skincare brand with decades of proven results.
