In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with potential customers, understanding their remodeling needs, presenting product options, and creating tailored solutions for their acrylic bath upgrades. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, provide clear communication about project timelines, and ensure excellent customer experiences from consultation through project completion. Collaboration with design and installation teams will also be part of daily responsibilities to ensure projects align with customer expectations.QualificationsSales and customer service skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer experiencesEffective communication and interpersonal skills to clearly present solutions and address customer inquiriesKnowledge of home remodeling, particularly in acrylic bath systems, with the ability to provide appropriate recommendationsStrong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesPrevious experience in sales, remodeling, or a related field is highly advantageousProficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and scheduling purposesSelf-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals in a professional settingHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales, design, or construction is a plus3+Years of in home sales is a huge plusMust hold a HIS License: Or able to obtainThis role offers a wonderful bonus plan+ full benefits package. This position is commission based, with potential earnings up to $100,000–$325,000 annually.
