Channel Marketing ensures that our go-to-market strategy is grounded in customer needs while optimizing how our offerings are positioned and delivered through each channel. It defines the customer roadmap and guides cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between customer insights, market opportunities, and commercial execution.The **Sr. Marketing Specialist, Non-Acute Customer Marketing** , plays a critical role in supporting marketing strategy within the Cardinal Health Ambulatory Surgery Center and Physician Office businesses, carrying out tactics necessary to achieve growth goals.**Responsibilities**+ Become a distribution expert and develop a strong understanding of non-acute markets+ Ability to take initiative to drive projects to completion and prioritize competing deadlines as needed+ Support team members with tactical needs to manage the day-to-day business+ Serve as the primary point of contact for sales support to help the business achieve annual revenue goals+ Understand end customer clinical practice & patient needs as well as US market trends+ Demonstrate strong financial acumen and logical decision making in the general business environment+ Develop strong relationships to collaborate cross functionally including but not limited to Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, Medical/Clinical Affairs, Strategic Pricing, Legal+ Support critical revenue driving projects and effectively communicate project progress**Qualifications**+ 2-4 years of experience, preferred+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred+ **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to interpret data, pull metrics, and make data-driven decisions.+ **Communication & Storytelling:** Strong written and verbal communication to create compelling messaging.+ **Market Research:** Experience in researching and understanding customer pain points.+ **Project Management:** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities.+ **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Skill in working across teams including Operations, Sales, and Marketing.**Location:** This position can be remote and based anywhere within the United States.
