It is about understanding customer challenges, troubleshooting real hosting environments, and guiding users with clarity and confidence.This role is a great fit for someone who wants to build strong technical fundamentals while developing excellent communication skills in a real production environment.What You Will DoYour daily responsibilities and impact areasCustomer Support1 Provide technical support to customers via live chat and helpdesk in a 24x7 environment2 Troubleshoot hosting related issues including websites, servers, email, and backups3 Monitor and review server backups and system alerts4 Assist customers with pre-sales and post-sales technical queriesSystem Management1 Provision VPS and Dedicated Servers for new client orders2 Research issues using internal tools and documentation3 Follow standard processes and escalation procedures4 Assist team members and contribute to smooth daily operationsMaintenance & UpdatesApply software and operating system updates as requiredSkills and Knowledge You Will BuildTechnical ExposureLinux and basic server administration Windows Server fundamentals Virtualization and cloud hosting concepts Email services and website hosting stacksTools & PlatformsCore StrengthsStrong analytical and troubleshooting ability Clear written and verbal communication Customer first mindsetYou do not need to be an expert in everything.
