Join a team where quality and innovation are at the forefront. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Assistant located in Los Angeles, CA. The Accounting Assistant will support daily financial operations, including assisting with bookkeeping, preparing and maintaining financial records, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting documents. Additional responsibilities include supporting payroll processing, reconciling accounts, and handling transactions using accounting software. The role will also involve preparing and reviewing financial statements and working closely with the finance team to provide administrative support. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting, Finance, and Bookkeeping to ensure accurate and efficient financial record-keeping and reportingExperience with Financial Statements, including preparing, reviewing, and understanding key metricsKnowledge of Accounting Software and tools to manage entries, perform reconciliations, and process transactions effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with the finance team and other departmentsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is preferredPrior experience in an accounting or finance-related role is desirableFamiliarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial reporting is a plus
