About the Company: We are looking for passionate Children's Clothing DesignerLocation: Howell, NJ (Hybrid) Contract (Temp to perm)Responsibilities:Take provided design concepts and develop them into full fashion sketches and style lines.Translate conceptual direction into completed garment designs that reflect brand identity and aesthetics.Add thoughtful, creative detailing—including trims, embellishments, fabric suggestions, and construction ideas.Prepare clear technical drawings and specifications suitable for production.Collaborate with our team to refine designs and ensure feasibility.Assist with revisions, improvements, and garment development as needed.Qualifications:Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in children's fashion or contemporary apparel (preferred but not required).Ability to take a concept and elevate it through design execution.Proficient in fashion illustration, digital sketching, and technical flats (Adobe Illustrator or similar).Deep understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and production requirements.Highly creative, detail-oriented, and self-directed.Reliable with strong communication and the ability to meet deadlines.Pay range and compensation package: Freelance/project-based with potential ongoing work. or PTE Compensation based on experience and project scope.Equal Opportunity Statement: If you're passionate about turning ideas into beautiful, production-ready garments, we'd
