Manufacturing Process Engineer- Medical Device

Job Summary:The Manufacturing Engineer II plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by applying engineering expertise to improve processes, resolve technical challenges, and drive efficiency. This position requires proactive problem-solving, ownership of complex engineering tasks, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing performance while ensuring alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and execute complex manufacturing engineering projects involving multiple interdependent elements• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify improvements, optimize efficiency, and enhance product quality• Develop and implement innovative solutions to technical challenges using creative problem-solving approaches• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with operational goals• Anticipate potential issues and proactively recommend corrective actions• Support verification and validation activities through peer review and technical assessments• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality and regulatory standards• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams as neededRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical environment• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, processes, and systems• Ability to manage complex technical tasks and drive projects independently• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications:• Experience working in regulated environments such as medical devices or healthcare manufacturing• Familiarity with process validation and continuous improvement methodologies• Strong communication and collaboration skillsBenefits:The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.Pay Range: $50/hr to $52/hr
