With over 75 years of excellence, innovation, and safety, our success is built on a foundation of teamwork, professionalism, and high standards.Your Role at Acousti As aCorporate Accounts Payable Clerk , you will play a vital role in supporting daily financial operations by handling the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payment requests, and maintaining essential records. You will assist the broader accounting team in ensuring smooth financial workflows and contributing to the integrity of our accounts payable processes.ResponsibilitiesEnter, review, and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents Prepare check runs and process electronic payments File and maintain AP documentation for internal and external audits Monitor and respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner Reconcile AP statements and assist in resolving discrepancies Maintain vendor records including W-9s and ensure data accuracy Support AP reporting and documentation during month-end closing Assist in maintaining compliance with accounting procedures and company policiesWhat We're Looking for in You Required Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting support High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Basic knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to organize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in construction industry accounting Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar ERP platformsWhy Join Acousti?
