About This OpportunityWe are seeking a Technical Product Manager, Platform Strategy & Execution to drive the transformation of Gazebo into a scalable, extensible platform.Gazebo is an energy management and decarbonization platform that powers utility-sponsored energy management programs and corporate energy and emissions management at scale. As the platform layer matures, it becomes the foundation that utilities, implementers, and enterprise customers build on, connecting data to decisions and systems to outcomes across a growing ecosystem.As Technical Product Manager, Platform Strategy & Execution, you’ll operate at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and platform execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable moving fluidly between defining product direction, shaping workflows and platform capabilities, rapidly prototyping concepts, and partnering closely with engineering to bring scalable solutions to life. We’re looking for a product leader who combines strong product instincts with technical fluency and a builder mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across ambiguity, validating ideas quickly, collaborating deeply with engineers and designers, and helping translate platform vision into real, usable systems. That future is being built here. . . .come be a part of it!What You Will Be DoingLead platform strategy by identifying market problems, conducting customer and stakeholder discovery, and translating insights into a clear roadmap. Shape and communicate the vision for Gazebo’s platform capabilities in partnership with product leadership and cross-functional teams. Partner closely with engineering and design to make key decisions on architecture, APIs, data infrastructure, and scalable platform solutions.Support go-to-market success by contributing to positioning, market analysis, sales enablement, and cross-team coordination for platform offerings. Prototype and help deliver platform components, moving concepts from early ideas into production-ready solutions. This is a full-time, exempt position located in Portland OR. Minimal travel is anticipated for this role.QualificationsApplicants for this role are required to have:Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in engineering, business administration, marketing or related field 8+ years of SaaS product management experience in B2B environments with preference to climate tech or industrial sector experience.
