They value clarity, ownership, and long-term relationships, both with clients and within the team.Why This Role ExistsThe team manages multiple custom web application projects simultaneously, each with distinct clients, scopes, and technical complexity.They are hiring a Project Manager who can confidently align clients, designers, and developers, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, predictably, and to a high standard.This is not a coordination role. It is a true delivery ownership role within a consulting environment.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end delivery of custom web application projectsRun project kickoff, planning, estimation, and schedulingManage multiple client projects in parallelTranslate business requirements into clear tasks for design and development teamsFacilitate Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflowsOwn scope control, change requests, and risk managementServe as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleTrack milestones, budgets, and team capacityEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at high qualityBuild a strong understanding of each client’s business goals and challengesCreate a consistently positive, professional client experienceWhat We’re Looking ForRequired3+ years of technical project management in web application environmentsStrong understanding of the software development lifecycleExperience working closely with developers and designers on custom buildsExperience managing multiple projects at once (agency/consulting experience is a plus)Ability to translate technical realities into client-friendly communicationExperience with tools like Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similarExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsPreferredExperience in digital agencies, web consultancies, or software shopsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologiesExperience with estimation, scoping, and change managementBA/BS in a related field (or equivalent experience)What We OfferA fun work environment with a supportive teamHealthy work-life balanceRecognition and acknowledgment for your contributionsCompensation of $110,000–$120,000 + benefitsLow-deductible health, dental, vision, and life insuranceGenerous PTOEmployer-contributed 401(k) after one yearAdditional InformationHybrid role based near Portland, OR (within 50 miles)Background check required before hire
