The team of GIA-trained Jewelry Design Consultants assists clients with finding unique pieces, including custom creations and redesigns of heirloom jewelry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at Eliza Page, located in Austin, TX. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients in the selection of jewelry for special occasions, and facilitating custom design projects. The Salesperson will also manage sales transactions, maintain product knowledge to educate customers about jewelry collections, and contribute to merchandising and store maintenance to enhance the client experience. Building strong relationships with clients and representing the values of Eliza Page in every interaction are central to this role. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to create a welcoming and engaging client experienceKnowledge of sales techniques, upselling, and handling transactions with accuracy and efficiencyAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPreferred background in jewelry sales, retail, or experience working in a luxury or artisan-focused environmentPassion for artisan craftsmanship and an interest in jewelry designAbility to work collaboratively within a team as well as independentlyAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in jewelry or sales is a plus
