Our flagship store opened in December of 2025. Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Fine Jewelry Sales Professional located in Austin, TX. The Sales Professional will engage customers, provide exceptional service, and cultivate meaningful relationships while driving retail sales. Day-to-day tasks include showcasing jewelry collections, sharing product knowledge, assisting customers in making informed purchases, and maintaining a welcoming and luxurious boutique atmosphere. Qualifications Strong product knowledge and expertise in fine jewelry, diamonds and gemstones.Proven experience in achieving sales targets.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively lead detailed diamond presentations with clients.Ability to communicate clearly amongst colleagues and work fairly within a team.Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and cultivatin long-term client relationshipsAttention to detail and a passion for delivering an elevated shopping experienceExperience with POS systems and inventory management is a plusPrevious background in luxury jewelry sales.
