The Grove, Pizza Cucina & Wine Bar in Hobe Sound, FL is looking for one experienced sauté/ line cook to join our strong team. Italian and.or fine dining experience preferred. We expect our If you've already watched The Bear Season 4, you're our person.Responsibilities:Set up and stock stations with all necessary suppliesChop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.Sauté on the line.Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffClean up station and take care of leftover foodStock and reorder inventoryKeep station extra clean and sanitary.QualificationsCooking experience or Back of the House experience requiredCulinary school, degree or training preferredAble to meet all scheduling commitmentsAble to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needsStrong attention to detailWe are looking forward to hearing from you.
