Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef role based in Hobe Sound, FL. The Executive Chef will oversee the daily operations of the club's culinary team, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring exceptional quality standards. Responsibilities include team leadership, inventory management, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborating with team members to deliver innovative and high-quality dining experiences for club members and guests. The Executive Chef will also oversee budgeting, coordinate with vendors, and create seasonal menus that align with the club's sophisticated dining environment. Qualifications Culinary Expertise: Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, recipe development, food presentation, and menu creation.Team Leadership: Proven ability to effectively lead, motivate, and manage culinary staff to achieve exceptional results.Operational Management: Experience with inventory management, food purchasing, vendor coordination, and budget oversight.Food Safety & Sanitation: Strong understanding and adherence to health and sanitation regulations and safety protocols.Creativity & Innovation: A passion for creating unique and seasonal menus, with the ability to adapt based on guest feedback and emerging food trends.Problem-Solving & Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with team members, vendors, and members.Formal Training or Certification: Culinary degree, certification, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.Experience with High-End Dining: Prior experience in private clubs, fine dining establishments, or luxury hospitality is highly desirable.
