Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong understanding of restaurant management, and the ability to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations, and driving the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure staff meets and exceeds expectations.
Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities.
Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and guests.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational issues promptly. Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Technology Management: Utilize restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems) for order management, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Staff Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times while controlling labor costs.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality role.
Education: A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Certifications: Food safety certification and/or alcohol service certification (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS) is an asset.
Working Conditions:
Schedule: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
