Supply Chain Digital Product Owner

The Digital Product Owner will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of digital capabilities that enable planning, manufacturing, procurement, warehouse operations, supplier collaboration, and quality compliance across Alliance Air and broader DAA operations.This is a cross-functional, platform-agnostic role responsible for driving business outcomes through ERP and adjacent system capabilities not limited to a single application. The Digital Product Owner will partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Digital teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions aligned with enterprise digital strategy. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive everything we do.Location: Remote, USWhat you will do:Product Strategy & RoadmapDefine and maintain a multi-year Digital Supply Chain & SAP product roadmap aligned with operational prioritiesIdentify process gaps, system inefficiencies, and automation opportunities across supply chain and quality workflowsDevelop business cases and value realization metrics for digital initiativesPrioritize initiatives based on business impact, risk mitigation, compliance, and scalabilitySupply Chain & Quality Domain OwnershipOwn digital capabilities supporting:Procure-to-Pay and supplier collaborationProduction planning and executionInventory management and warehouse operationsMaterial planning (MRP) and demand alignment o Quality inspections, non-conformance, and CAPA processesTraceability, serialization, and batch management (as applicable)Master data governance and process standardizationImplementation & DeliveryLead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives including system enhancements, integrations, and new platform implementationsTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and user storiesPartner with Digital, ERP teams, and external vendors to ensure scalable and sustainable solution designOversee testing, validation, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilizationEnsure cross-system integration between SAP ERP, Quality systems, WMS, MES, and supplier platformsStakeholder EngagementFacilitate cross-functional workshops to align process design and solution directionAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teamsDrive change management and user adoption through structured communication and trainingProvide leadership updates on initiative status, risks, and measurable outcomesContinuous Improvement & GovernanceMonitor KPIs related to supply chain performance, compliance, and system adoptionEnsure systems support audit readiness and regulatory requirementsStandardize digital processes across sites to reduce variability and manual workaroundsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field4-6 years of experience with ERP systems, including at least 2 years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or ERP Lead rolePreferred Skills:6-8 years of experience with ERP systemsExperience in manufacturing or engineered-to-order environmentsExperience participating in or leading ERP or digital system implementationsExperience working across multiple platforms (ERP, WMS, MES, SAP systems)Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery modelsExperience building roadmaps and tracking value realizationDaikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer contributions matching 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2% of employee contributionsCompany provided life insurance + optional employee paid voluntary life insurance, dependent life coverage and voluntary accident coverageShort term and long-term disability3 weeks of paid time off for new employees + 11 company paid holidaysVacation accrues on a monthly basis, unless applicable federal, state and local law requires a faster accrualPaid sick time in accordance of the federal, state and local lawPaid parental leave and tuition reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $148,000 (+ 10% bonus) in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
