Promotional opportunities into Operations Leadership or Engineering available internally nationwide.As a Process Engineer, job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Provide daily operations support to manufacturing units Identify areas of improvement and resolve operating issues Support capital projects and contribute to design and construction phases Provide continuously improvements in quality, safety, productivity, and operationsEnsure productivity goals are being achieved according to site expectationsRequirements: B.S., Chemical Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringIdeal 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (chemicals, paper, resins, coatings, etc.) Experience as a process/production engineer is a mustPrevious experience optimizing processes and continuous improvement Experience in a PSM regulated facility is highly preferred Must be a US CITIZEN OR US GREEN CARD HOLDERSalary Range: Up to $110,000/year + 10% yearly bonus
