A startup in the Washington, DC area is searching for an Engineering Manager to join their growing company. The build a developer tool used by some of the biggest names in tech and is helping them ship with faster velocity. The are looking for experience managing high performing successful engineering teams and someone who is still deeply technical. Required- 5+ years of software engineering management experience - Still highly technical and can jump into the code occasionally - Experience managing successful high performing teams - Experience driving complex, high priority projects- Ability to operate in a fast paced environmentDesired- Experience with Rust, C/C++, Typescript, or modern infrastructure technologies Package-Up to 250k base salary-Healthcare-PTO-Equity
