Job Description Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Deliver high-quality nursing care within a fast-paced, high-capacity operating room environment. This travel position offers a unique opportunity to work flexible shifts in a renowned hospital setting in Quincy, MA, with a contract duration of 13 weeks.Schedule and Hours:4x10 or 4x12 shifts with Day/Evening rotationTypical Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (M,T,Th,F), 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM (W)Typical Evening shifts: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM (4x10), 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM (4x12)Includes approximately 2 weeks of night shifts and short calls every 4 weeksWeekend shifts: 12-hour shifts, with adjustment to 8 or 10-hour shifts during the same week to meet contracted hoursKey Responsibilities:Provide expert perioperative nursing care in a high-capacity operating roomParticipate in day and evening rotations to support surgical teams effectivelyManage patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures ensuring safety and comfortCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical outcomesQualifications and Desired Experience:Valid nursing licensure and credentialsProven experience in high-capacity operating room settingsAbility to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and short callsStrong clinical skills and adaptability in a dynamic OR environmentLocation Overview:Quincy, MA is a vibrant city situated just south of Boston, offering a blend of urban amenities and scenic coastal views.
