Job Description Position Summary: This position is responsible for delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence and Facial Aesthetics Services (including but not limited to): Professional Consultations Customized Clinical Facials Medical Grade Chemical Peels HydraFacial Services Microneedling Dermaplaning Waxing Essential Responsibilities: Deliver extraordinary patient experience, and results-driven services by following and upholding all protocols and procedures, while participating in advanced education specific to all guidelines Perform professional consultations regarding available services and products; determine patient skincare goals and objectives, along with a home care plan to facilitate achievement of those goals Provide professional patient education for skin care, recommending adjustments to the patient’s skin care regimen, enhancing patient confidence Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all service, treatment, and product offerings Maintain and accurately document the patient’s electronic health record with each patient encounter Uphold practice standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols Participate in and help organize practice events, designed to promote brand image and awareness in effort to maximize sales revenue Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics: oIncrease price per encounter oProduct Sales Goals oRebooking Average oGoals for patient retention oBuild a self-generated patient base in addition to patient leads + bookings provided by the company, keeping an 85%+ booked schedule oPatient Follow-up and Engagement It is the Clinical Aesthetician’s role to engage with patients post treatment to ensure consistent patient retention and to build trust as their aesthetics provider oMaintain a complete inventory of cosmetic products/services Manage product promotion displays and planogram Execute smart sampling strategies as defined oInternal team building with a consistent focus on learning Build strong working relationships cross-functionally with all providers in the practice Preferred Service Experience + Qualifications: Aesthetics license per requirements of the state where employed, maintaining licensure per state regulations Minimum 2-5 years concentrated experience in medical aesthetics Experience in microneedling, HydraFacial, Dermaplaning and laser services is preferred Skills and Knowledge Required: Proven medical spa and retail sales experience Proven experience providing customized treatments and selling products to support patient consultation and treatment goals Proven track record of achieving defined sales targets Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is preferred, by not required Who you are: Extremely detail oriented, with strong organization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of ownership and urgency Ability to work well with others, as well as ability to work independently to drive a successful business * Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $75.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Esthetician License (Required) Work Location: In person
