Marketing Operations & Demand Generation Coordinator

Job Description Role OverviewThis role owns the execution and operation of the marketing engine that drives qualified leads into the business. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Burlington at least 3–4 business days per month. Applicants located within 100 miles of the office are expected to work on-site daily.This is a hands-on, performance-driven role, not a brand, content, or social media position. The focus is demand generation, systems integrity, and accountability—ensuring inbound and outbound marketing activity converts into real, trackable revenue opportunities.This role will bring Google Ads fully in-house, manage outbound demand campaigns, oversee SEO resources, and maintain clean, reliable marketing systems. Core ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation Execution (Inbound & Outbound)Execute approved inbound and outbound demand generation initiativesSource and enrich contact data using Apollo.io and ZoomInfoLoad and manage leads in the company's AI-driven automated outreach systemExecute multi-channel campaign sequences including:EmailLinkedIn connection requestsLinkedIn messagesRingless voicemail (RVM)Monitor engagement, responses, and deliverabilityFlag list quality, messaging, or system issues promptlyGoogle Ads Ownership (In-House)Audit and assume full ownership of the existing Google Ads accountTransition Google Ads from external vendor to in-house managementBuild, manage, and optimize campaigns end-to-end:Keywords and negativesBudgets and bidsConversion trackingLanding page alignmentOptimize for cost per qualified lead and lead qualityEliminate reliance on the external Google Ads vendor within 30–60 daysSEO Vendor / VA ManagementManage SEO virtual assistant(s) or vendorsAssign clear tasks, priorities, and deadlinesReview outputs and ensure work aligns with lead generation goalsCoordinate SEO efforts with paid search and outbound campaignsHold SEO resources accountable to measurable resultsLead Intake, Routing & System IntegrityEnsure all inbound and outbound leads are:Captured correctlyTagged by source and campaignRouted to the appropriate pipeline or ownerMonitor follow-up speed and lead statusPrevent lost, duplicated, or misrouted leadsMaintain clean CRM pipelines, fields, forms, and automationsCoordinate with IT on integrations when requiredReporting & AccountabilityProvide a weekly operating report including:Leads generated by sourceCost per leadOutbound response ratesLead status and follow-up gapsWhat improved and what broke that weekThis role is accountable for data accuracy and visibility.
