This role offers an opportunity to work within a stable, established company environment where you can contribute across multiple business functions and make a visible impact.This position blends marketing execution (approximately 80%) with executive administrative support (approximately 20%), making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance creative work with organization and detail.Responsibilities:• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, email marketing initiatives, and social media content• Create and maintain marketing materials, promotional assets, and branded communications• Monitor social media engagement and provide reporting on performance metrics• Support customer database and lead management efforts• Assist with company events, customer visits, and trade show coordination• Track event and trade show expenses• Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communications• Provide calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and executive support for senior leadership• Coordinate meeting materials and logistics• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion• Support special projects and additional business initiatives as neededQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field• 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, or digital marketing• Experience supporting marketing campaigns and customer communications• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred (Illustrator and Premiere strongly valued)• Proficiency with Microsoft Office• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projectsThis is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term career with an established organization that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
