Job Title: Virtual Administrative Assistant Location: Remote Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the directors, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting agendasMaintain office supplies & merchandise by checking inventory and ordering items as neededCoordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments, ensuring all necessary preparations are madeMaintain and update client and candidate databases in company CRM ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-datePrepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documentation for both internal and external communicationsHandle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional responsesAssist with the organization and coordination of company events and activities, including booking venues, arranging catering, and sending invitationsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures by keeping detailed records and managing documentationPerform other administrative duties as required, including data entry, job postings and LinkedIn supportMust Haves Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar roleExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsProfessional and courteous demeanorConfirmation that you can work in different time zonesDo you have the necessary tools for remote work (PC/laptop, headset, webcam)?#J-18808-Ljbffr
