This is a highly visible role offering broad exposure across accounting, investments, acquisitions, investor reporting, and operational finance within a lean, relationship-driven environment.The organization operates with a hands-on culture where employees wear multiple hats and work closely with leadership on a variety of projects and initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys small-company environments, values exposure and ownership, and wants to be part of a stable but evolving organization.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accounting records and financial reporting for corporate and ownership-related entitiesReview and aggregate financial information received from third-party property management/accounting firmsSupport investor reporting and partnership accounting activitiesAssist with ownership distributions, waterfalls, and related reportingCoordinate with external CPA firms on tax preparation and filingsSupport banking, cash management, and operational accounting processesAssist with acquisition, investment, and asset management-related financial supportParticipate in process improvement and reporting enhancement initiativesPartner with leadership on ad hoc financial analysis and operational projectsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceApproximately 5–7 years of accounting experiencePublic accounting/audit background strongly preferredCPA preferred but not requiredReal estate, investment, or financial services experience is a plusStrong understanding of accounting operations and financial statementsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in entrepreneurial and collaborative environmentsWhat They’re Looking For:Team-oriented and low-ego personalityAdaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hatsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSomeone who enjoys visibility and broader business exposureStable work history and long-term mindsetComfortable in a fully onsite, highly collaborative office environmentAdditional Details:Austin-based onsite roleEntrepreneurial and relationship-driven cultureBroad exposure across investments, operations, and accountingStable organization with strong long-term growth potential
