Client: California State Teachers Retirement SystemJob Title: Front End DeveloperDuration: 12+ MonthsLocation: 100 Waterfront Place, West Sacramento, CA 95605 (Hybrid)Number of Hours: 40 Hrs/WeekPosition Type: ContractInterview Type: In Person or Web CamRequirement ID: 5805147980Note: The hybrid working model by working on-site 2-3 days per week at West Sacramento, CADescription: Responsible for designing and building highly interactive GenBI, AI, and analytics applications, dashboards, chat interfaces, and AI-assisted user experiences using React, Chainlit, and Streamlit technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesReact Development: Build enterprise-grade React applicationsDashboard Development: Create analytics dashboards and reporting interfacesUX/UI Design: Design intuitive user experiences for investment analyticsChainlit Development: Build conversational AI interfacesStreamlit Development: Develop rapid AI analytics applicationsAI Chat Interfaces: Build streaming-response chat experiencesExplainable AI UI: Display confidence scores, citations, sources, and AI explanationsData Visualization: Create interactive charts and reporting componentsPerformance Optimization: Reduce latency and improve application responsivenessStakeholder Feedback: Incorporate business user feedback into UI enhancementsRequired Skills:Holding technical certifications in the areas of: • AWS certifications • Snowflake certifications • BI certifications (Power BI, Tableau) • AI/ML or GenAI-related coursework or credentialsAt least (5) years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or BI analyticsAt least (3) years of experience working with AI/ML or GenAI technologies to design and build AI/GenAI solutions using cloud services such as AWS, Snowflake, or Azure.Practical hands-on experience using OpenAI APIs or similar LLM platforms, building natural language to programming languages such as SQL/query, designing prompt strategies for business insights, and prompt engineering to guide system behavior.Experience in developing semantic models supporting natural language querying and AI-driven analytics (i.e., GenBI); statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and optimization.Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields from an accredited or government sanctioned college/university.
