Head Landing Pages for DTC Brand (US Based/Remote)

This role is focused on performance, testing, and continuous optimization across Meta and new native advertising channels. You'll work closely with media buyers, copywriters, and the ad team to drive conversions and unlock new growth opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the existing landing page system for Meta trafficDevelop and launch new landing page systems for native advertising channelsCollaborate with copywriters to create high-converting landing page contentRun theGladiator LP competition systemend-to-end, including:Managing competition cyclesEvaluating winners based on performance metricsExtracting learnings and insightsImplementing system improvementsAct as the single point of contact between landing page production, media buying, and ad teamsContinuously analyze performance data and implement CRO improvementsTest new funnels, formats, and conversion strategies to improve ROAS and scale campaignsQualificationsExtensive experience in landing page optimization and managementStrong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and direct response marketingExperience working with DTC brands (supplements experience is a plus)Familiarity with native advertising platformsStrong copywriting instincts and performance-driven mindsetExperience building or managing performance-based landing page or funnel systemsComfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environmentsAbility to own projects end-to-end with minimal oversightDACH market experience is a plusWhat We're Looking ForFast-moving, execution-focused operatorData-driven decision makerNo creative ego — focused on performance and resultsSomeone who takes full ownership of their domain and continuously improves systemsBenefitsWork from AnywhereCompetitive SalaryFlexible Hours#J-18808-Ljbffr
