The role focuses on end-to-end digital experience, including content strategy, road mapping, and executing marketing assets. This position requires knowledge of enterprise-wide systems, Internet technologies, and experience with developing and implementing various digital marketing strategies and programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads the development of digital marketing strategies to support the Client's business via the Internet, extranet, multi-media, and e-commerce.Leads the development of cross-division, cross-site marketing features and functionsIdentifies opportunities to expand marketing innovation and to effectively leverage existing capabilities across divisionsMonitors consumer behavior and conducts marketing research to yield actionable insights to help shape strategy and directionDevelops and manages SEO programs with a focus on defining and improving the total value of the Client's online portfolioManages the execution of short and long-term objectives and tactical plans for marketing Client corporate and cross-division programsManages the implementation of multi-channel programs, educates, trains, and promotes digital marketing with corporate and divisional marketing managers and design agenciesMaintains knowledge of key drivers, factors, and services needed to effectively position brands digitallyUnderstands business requirements, industry trends, competitive landscape, and technology trendsProvides guidance and consultation to internal and external stakeholders on processes and tasks for digital marketing strategies.Partners with organizations, communities, and teams to recommend and implement programs to achieve customer lifecycle managementProvides analysis of marketplace conditions, competitive intelligence, and digital opportunities to enhance business resultsIdentifies methods and design principles to create linkages across divisional marketing services to enable a strategic alliance initiativeUtilizes and develops methods for measuring market response to sites, products, and digital marketing campaignsConsults with divisions on corporate brand requirements to meet enterprise standards on digital touchpointsEvaluates emerging technologies to better position the Client externally.Keeps abreast of trends and opportunities related to digital, translates opportunities into recommendationsLeads and manages the digital strategy for all Corporate Marketing digital assets, websites, and online tools.Manages digital marketing programs, online training, and marketing collateralManages individual website strategies and tactical planning for corporate websitesMonitors site performance and metricsProvides recommendations on future content and capability requirements to meet customer needsManages enterprise digital marketing policies, programs, and processes.Defines implementation requirements and policy specifications to support enterprise-wide digital marketing objectivesManages and defines Corporate Brand standards across the enterprise for digital channelsOperational Excellence and Collaboration:Oversees end-to-end execution and operations from creative development to trafficking, engagement, conversion, and optimizationsCollaborates with other marketing stakeholders, IT teams, Commercial Excellence teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholdersEnsures assets align with branding, marketing, campaigns, and launchesDevelops and leads A/B Testing, QA Testing, and User Acceptance TestingMaintains documentation and operational maintenance of several user flows and scenariosRequired SkillsWork with paid media advertising and website marketing (minimum 5-6 years of digital marketing experience)Experience with Digital Display, SEM, and Social MediaExperience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platformsExperience with Adobe AnalyticsExperience with A/B Testing and UAT TestingAbility to collaborate with all levels of stakeholdersKnowledge of enterprise-wide systems and Internet technologiesRequired ExperienceMinimum 5-6 years of digital marketing experienceWebsite Marketing experience (required)Paid Media experience (required)Experience developing and implementing various digital marketing strategies and programsEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or ITMBA preferredBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientLeading healthcare innovator dedicated to improving lives worldwide through a diverse portfolio of medical devices, diagnostics, and nutrition products.About GTTGTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company in Alaska.
