The Personal Injury Paralegal will assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases by conducting client interviews, drafting legal documents, coordinating medical records, performing legal research, and managing case files. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients, preparing pre-trial and trial documents, handling correspondence, and ensuring deadlines are met.QualificationsStrong legal and administrative skills, including familiarity with legal terminology, drafting legal documents, and understanding of litigation proceduresOrganizational and time management skills to manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure efficient workflowExcellent communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders, along with strong written communication for correspondence and documentationAttention to detail and proofreading skills to maintain accuracy in legal documents and filesProficiency with legal research tools and office software applications, including Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment as well as independentlyPrior experience in personal injury or a related legal field is an assetAn associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field is preferredParalegal certification from an accredited program is a plus
