We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Director to join the team in Cherry Hill, NJ! In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of a PHP/IOP facility treating adults suffering from substance use and co-occurring disorders.Position: Clinical DirectorCompany: PHP/IOP FacilityLocation: Cherry Hill, New JerseySchedule: M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2)Responsibilities:Responsible for building, implementing and overseeing clinical programsOversee all clinical staff, involved in interviewing and hiring clinical staffEnsure clients are receiving quality treatmentWill maintain a small caseload while program is in growth stagesWork with compliance to maintain Joint Commission AccreditationRequirements:Independently licensed in state of New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCADC, etc.)3+ years of leadership experience in a mental health or substance use treatment settingMust be comfortable with start-up environmentPlease send your resume to Mikayla to learn more about the position and interview process!
