Occupational Therapist Location: Trinidad, CO Agency: Towne U.S. LLC Pay: $2,226 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the PositionOccupational Therapist (OT)We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services to patients with physical, developmental, or cognitive limitations. The OT evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, and implements interventions to improve independence with daily living activities.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.Provide therapeutic activities to improve activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional skills.Address strength, coordination, cognitive function, and fine motor skills.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.Assist with discharge planning and recommendations for continued care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.Maintain department productivity standards.Provide safe, effective, and professional patient care.Required SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teamsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time efficientlyKnowledge of occupational therapy techniques and rehabilitation programsEducationRequired: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programLicensure / CertificationRequired: Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of assignment or ability to obtainRequired: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
