Manager of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity

DeZURIK is seeking aManager of IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurityto lead and protect the technology backbone that supports our multi-site manufacturing and office operations. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on expertise to ensure our networks, systems, and data are secure, resilient, and ready to support high-performance operations across the enterprise.In this role, you'll oversee enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN architecture, secure remote access, cloud connectivity, and high-availability networks that support manufacturing automation systems. You'll lead cybersecurity strategy and operations-developing policies, strengthening threat detection and incident response, administering NIST-aligned cybersecurity programs, and driving awareness and training across sites.You'll also supervise a distributed IT team, partner with plant IT contacts, manage external service providers, and collaborate across the organization to support acquisitions, archived ERP systems, and the long-term digital roadmap.
