They are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join their team.What You Will OwnManage transaction files from contract through post-closingReview title searches, commitments, Schedule A and B, endorsements, and closing disclosuresPrepare and review ALTA/TRID settlement statements for residential and commercial dealsHandle title curative work including clearing defects, coordinating with underwriting counsel, and chasing down releases and payoffsSupport 1031 exchange documentation, fund flow coordination, and IRS-compliant file maintenanceDraft correspondence, manage deadlines, and keep transaction management software up to date throughout the file lifecycleWhat We Are Looking For2+ years of hands-on experience in real estate closings, title insurance, or a real estate law firmIndependent experience managing files from contract through post-closing including settlement statements and closing packageSolid understanding of lender requirements, title underwriting guidelines, and RESPA/TRID complianceMulti-state or Mid-Atlantic closing experience is a strong pFamiliarity with 1031 exchanges and Qualified Intermediary coordination is a bonusNotary Public license preferredProficiency with TrackerPro or similar title production software
