Responsibilities include:Lead financial reporting and present financial results to the Board of DirectorsManage the month-end close process, annual budgeting, and forecastingTrack donations, grants, and capital campaign expendituresProcess bi-weekly payroll and oversee related reportingServe as the primary liaison for external auditors and manage annual auditsOversee employee benefits administrationManage treasury operations, banking relationships, and cash flowEnsure compliance with non-profit accounting standards and reporting requirementsContinuously improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracyWhat We’re Looking For:Successful candidates will bring both technical expertise and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance7–10 years of progressive non-profit accounting and reporting experienceStrong knowledge of non-profit financial statements, fund accounting, and complianceExperience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills requiredExceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to BoardsA proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tacticallySalary: $130-150K, depending on experience #INJUN2026#LI-KS1
