(Junior) Recruiter IT and Engineering for the German Market (m/f/x)

Our services are delivered to clients all over Europe, giving our teams exposure to diverse markets and international projects.What will you contribute?You actively source, identify, and attract suitable specialists through relevant channelsYou build and maintain a network, staying in continuous contact with candidates regarding our projectsYou conduct both personal and telephone interviews, guiding candidates through the process and convincing them of your projectsYou collaborate closely with Account Management and stay fully informed about job requirements and client detailsYou manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to successful placementWho are you?You have experience in recruiting and ideally are familiar with consulting/staffing industry, minimum 1-2 years.You have at least a C1 level in English and GermanYou are passionate about active sourcing and enjoy conducting both phone and in-person interviewsYou are a strong personality with strengths and weaknesses-but above all with high motivation and the confidence needed to succeed in daily businessYou are highly organized: reliability, time management, and prioritization are your strengths, ideally demonstrated in previous rolesThis role is hybrid, we require to work from our Warsaw or Cracow office.Interested?We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, so please send your CV (in English or German) and your application as soon as possible.
