The responsibilities include establishing and maintaining operation policies, processes, procedures, training, and safe work practices for all operational employees while fostering a well-trained and motivated staff. This position reports directly to a Director of Operations.Requirements:Education - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business ManagementPreferred three years knowledge/experience in the electronics and specialtygas industryPrevious leadership role with increasing responsibilitiesPrevious experience managing large facilitiesHands on understanding of gas productionExperience in establishing flow ratesPrevious operations management experienceStrong computer skillsWorking knowledge of six sigma and lean manufacturing practicesSafety training complianceMatheson is an Equal Opportunity Employer that complies with the laws and regulations set forth under EEOC.
