Production Associate - Industrial Ventilation Systems

Job Description The Production Associate will need to apply critical thinking and decision-making skills while being tasked with learning the entire production process from start to finish. This will include product assembly using standardized work instructions, product packing, shipping, receiving and using a forklift, precision measuring, quality checks, product testing, data acquisition and more.This is not a stand-in-one-place assembly line position. Our employees are cross-trained on all jobs and the duties vary from day to day.
