Seasonal/Temporary Production AssociateAs a Seasonal/Temporary Production Associate at Schwan Cosmetics USA the world's leading private label cosmetic pencil manufacturer you will support our manufacturing line by inspecting cosmetic pencils, cleaning and wiping down machines after each production batch, grading penciled material, hand packing products, creating boxes, and maintaining a clean and safe workstation in accordance with all company safety procedures.Shift Options:1st Shift: 6:50 AM 3:00 PM2nd Shift: 2:50 PM 11:00 PM3rd Shift: 10:50 PM 7:00 AMPay & Growth: Starting at $15.00/hr. High-performing associates may be considered for conversion to permanent full-time employment through our Temporary-to-Hire pathway.What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, ability to stand for extended periods, and a team-oriented attitude.
