No extensive experience is requiredthis team is ready to train dependable individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to learn.This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for those who take pride in their work and want to be part of a reliable, team-focused environment.Production Operator Job Duties:Inspect and verify product packaging by checking bag seals, labels, and weights to ensure they meet strict quality and food safety standardsRecord production data, label information, and quality control results consistentlyOperate forklift to move products through warehouse and stage for mixing processOversee machines that mix ingredients and check products for accuracyFollow all cleaning schedules and safety protocols, including proper PPE usageSchedule: Monday Friday, 3am-1:3pmPay: $20.25/hr, increase at conversion to $25.75/hrProduction Operator Requirements:6 months of previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environmentAbility to wear PPE: steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protectionAbility to lift up to 50lbsThis client who we are staffing for participates in the E-Verify program.
