Production OperatorThe Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment to convert raw materials into finished goods. This entry-level role supports manufacturing operations by following established procedures, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products meet required specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a structured, routine environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing equipment to produce finished goods from raw materialsMonitor production processes and perform in-process testing (e.g., hardness, weight, pH, moisture content, variation)Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-process, and completed productsIdentify equipment malfunctions or product defects and assist with basic troubleshootingFollow blueprints, schematics, and subassembly layouts to complete production tasksTrack orders received, work completed, and inventory levelsSupport scheduling activities by coordinating with production, materials planning, and maintenance teamsRequisition materials and track delivery timelines as neededEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standardsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredLittle to no prior manufacturing experience required (entry-level role)Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic math and record-keeping skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentSkills & CompetenciesAbility to follow established procedures and complete routine tasksBasic problem-solving skills for identifying production or equipment issuesStrong reliability and consistency in task executionEffective communication and teamworkWork Environment & Physical RequirementsManufacturing/production floor environmentMay require standing for extended periodsAbility to lift, carry, and handle materials as neededUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
