Our devoted personnel take pride in their work and use asolution-based approach to achieve maximum reliability and satisfactionfor our customers. **Our work environment includes:** - Internationalworkforce - Casual work attire We are seeking a full-time MaintenanceTechnician that will assist with maintenance and repairs of equipmentand other building systems. **Duties/ Responsibilities:** - Performspreventative maintenance on injection molding machines, ovens, dryers,conveyors, robots, and other production equipment. - Performs repairswhen the above equipment fails and assists service personnel called tothe location from equipment manufacturers. - Ensures maintenance andrepair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner. - Performsother related duties as assigned. **Required Skills/Abilities:** -Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to identifyissues and assist with repairs that are needed. **Education andExperience:** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - At leastone year of maintenance experience required. **PhysicalRequirements:** - Must be physically able to perform repairs whenneeded. - Prolonged periods on foot/moving/working on equipment. - Mustbe able to push, pull, contort, manual dexterity (mechanical andelectrical work) - Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. **Benefits:** -401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Healthsavings account - Life insurance - Paid time off - Parental leave -Referral program - On-the-job training - Professional developmentassistance
