We are looking for equally passionate people to help us fulfill our mission of spreading the goodness of the sea to everyone!Hours: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2amWage: $28.50/hour plus $1 shift premiumWhat You’ll DoThis position is located at our manufacturing facility, in Lebanon, IN and will work closely with the production, quality, and sanitation teams to ensure we have on time PMs and timely repairs to maintain plant operations.Locate and check out maintenance parts and materials from stockroomTroubleshoot building HVAC and Plant Electrical Equipment.Use CMMS to complete and create work orders.Troubleshoot and repair Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and electrical equipment repairsTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical issuesPut in requisitions for low quantity partsFollow BRC requirements for food industry standardsSupport building and production repairs in a timely manner.Communicate with team members openly on equipment repairs and PM schedulesParticipate in daily pass-down meetings.Collaborate with maintenance planner to identify parts needed for necessary repairs and rebuildsCollaborate with vendors to build relationships and identify cost savings opportunitiesWhat You’ll NeedIndustry certifications preferred2 Years experience in Industrial maintenanceDemonstrated ability to identify and implement Best Practices and deal with high levels of ambiguityAbility to work effectively with others in a team environmentMotivated individual who takes pride in work performed and can work efficiently with minimal supervisionAbility to successfully complete all pre-employment screeningLift up to 60 lbs.Who We AreSince 1849, America has trusted the Gorton’s Fisherman.
