Job Title - Adobe EngineerLocation - Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid for 3 Days onsite a week)Job Description - We are looking for a strong Adobe Engineer with hands-on experience across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) to design and deliver data-driven, personalized customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintain solutions on Adobe Experience Platform, including schemas, datasets, and data ingestion from web, mobile, and CRM sources.Implement and optimize customer journeys and campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer for real-time, multi-channel engagement.Configure and manage Adobe RTCDP to build unified customer profiles, audiences, and activation workflows to downstream channels.Collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AEP/AJO/RTCDP use cases.Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve data quality, segmentation, and personalization logic across the Adobe stack.Required SkillsStrong, hands-on experience with AEP, AJO, and RTCDP in production environments.Solid understanding of customer data models, identity stitching, audience segmentation, and real-time activation.Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and clearly document data flows, schemas, and journey configurations.If you tell me the seniority (e.g., Senior/Lead) and location, I can tweak this JD to match a specific posting.
