This leader will own the development and execution of strategic alliances across hyperscalers, AI platforms, and enterprise technology providers—driving joint innovation, revenue growth, and market expansion.This is a highly visible role requiring both executive-level relationship management and hands-on execution, with direct influence on Accellor's go-to-market strategy and long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Alliance DevelopmentDefine and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy across hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Hugging Face), and enterprise/data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnerships that accelerate growth and create differentiated market valueDevelop alliance business plans, roadmaps, and measurable success metricsPartnership Execution & Co-InnovationLead the development of joint solutions, integrations, and co-innovation programs with strategic partnersCollaborate with engineering and delivery teams to align product and solution roadmapsEstablish technical advisory boards and joint engineering councils with key partnersGo-To-Market AlignmentPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to activate alliances through co-selling and joint campaignsEnable field teams with partner messaging, solution positioning, and competitive insightsRepresent Accellor at partner events, executive briefings, and industry forumsPerformance & Growth ManagementTrack and report on alliance performance, including pipeline generation, co-sell wins, and adoption metricsDeliver executive-level reporting and strategic insights to leadership and board stakeholdersContinuously refine partnership strategy based on data and market trendsExecutive Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain C-level and VP-level relationships across partner organizationsNavigate complex partner ecosystems to influence decision-makers across business, product, and engineering teamsServe as an executive sponsor for key alliance initiativesTeam & Program DevelopmentEstablish scalable alliance frameworks, playbooks, and best practicesRecruit, mentor, and lead alliance managers and partner engineers as the function growsFoster a high-performance, collaborative alliance culture10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, corporate development, or business development within technology or consulting environmentsProven track record of building and scaling alliance programs in mid-to-large consulting or services firmsDemonstrated success structuring and closing complex partnerships with hyperscalers, AI platforms, or enterprise software providersStrong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, and data platforms with the ability to engage technical stakeholders crediblyExperience with partner ecosystems, marketplaces, and alliance economicsExceptional executive presence and relationship-building skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence across complex organizationsStrategic thinker with a hands‐on, execution-focused mindsetExperience in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsThis role requires flexibility to align with partner and global team schedulesTravel expected for partner meetings, industry events, and internal off-sitesWork-Life Balance: Accellor prioritizes work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible work schedules, opportunities to work from home, and paid time off and holidays.Financial and Medical Benefits: Our package includes perks like flexible and discretionary time off, healthcare coverage for you and your loved ones, and a retirement plan to help you plan for the future.
