Role Description This is a full-time remote position for an Associate Attorney at Cohen & Bernstein. The role involves providing legal advice, conducting legal research, preparing legal documentation, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing clients across multiple practice areas. The Associate Attorney will work closely with clients to ensure clear communication and effective resolution of legal matters. Qualifications Proficiency in Law with in-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment LawStrong skills in Legal Advice and client consultationAdvanced abilities in conducting thorough Legal ResearchExperience in Negotiation and resolving legal disputesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple cases effectivelyJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in New Jersey and New YorkDemonstrated capacity to provide personalized client attention and effective problem-solvingExperience in the firm's core practice areas is a plus
